DediByte, LLC – Fee Schedule

Remote Hands Services – All Locations

DediByte provides Remote Hands services at all data center facilities. These services cover physical assistance tasks that require a technician to interact directly with client hardware.

Standard Hours

• Hours: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (local time)

• Rate: $115 per hour

• Billing: In 15-minute increments

Off-Peak Hours

• Hours: 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 A.M. (local time)

• Rate: $165 per hour

• Billing: In 30-minute increments

Emergency Requests

• Any request marked as "emergency" is billed at the Off-Peak rate, regardless of when it occurs.

• Emergencies include urgent technician dispatches, critical outages, or unscheduled escalations.

Services Include (but are not limited to):

• Physical hardware replacement

• Visual inspections and diagnostics

• Cabling and power adjustments

• Server reboots or troubleshooting

• Equipment packing and outbound shipping

• Serial number checks and documentation

Important Note:
Clients using dedicated servers will not be charged for hardware failures caused by defective equipment. However, Remote Hands fees may apply for optional server upgrades, modifications, or configuration changes that require manual labor.

Network Services

DediByte offers specialized network services designed for flexibility and scalability:

Subnet Announcement

• Announcement of your IP space under DediByte’s ASN is provided free of charge.

BGP Session via Virtual Router

• Monthly Fee: $15

• Provides a dynamic, routed connection for advanced network setups and redundancy.

Bandwidth Usage and Overage Policy

Bandwidth pricing varies by location and service. Exact allocations and rates are available at the time of checkout for Dedicated Servers and Colocation services.

Overage Charges:

• Any bandwidth usage above the included allocation will be billed at $1 per terabyte (TB).

IPv4

IPv6

DediByte offers flexible IPv6 allocations to meet infrastructure needs:

• /64 IPv6 Range: Free (single network)

• /56 IPv6 Range: $2.50 per month (256 × /64s)

• /48 IPv6 Range: $5.00 per month (65,536 × /64s)

• /44 IPv6 Range: $35.00 per month (16 × /48 blocks = over 1 million /64s)
